Sign Language Interpreter

We are looking for a part-time, on-call, Sign Language Interpreter.  The interpreter will translate for clients in the deaf community so that they may receive mental health and medical appointment services.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school diploma or GED, with at least one year experience in professional Sign Language.
  • Must have a current Idaho Occupational License for Sign Language.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and acceptable driving record.
  • Successful completion of criminal background check.
  • This position is part-time, hourly, and wage is based on experience.

 

Mental Health Billing Specialist

We are looking for a part-time mental health billing specialist who can also perform receptionist duties.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Answering Phones
  • Managing the waiting room
  • Electronic Record keeping
  • Data Entry
  • Billing and Credentialing with multiple insurance providers

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of Criminal Background Check
  • At LEAST 1 year of consistent clerical and mental health billing related employment.
  • Must have working experience with Electronic Health Records
  • At Least Eighteen (18) years of age and able to work legally in the United States
  • High school diploma or GED minimum

Highlights:

  • This position is part- time and long-term.
  • The schedule will be every Tuesday and Wednesday from 12pm-8pm, and Thursdays from 9am-5pm
  • Average Hours per week: 25
  • Pay is dependent on qualifications and experience.

Targeted Case Manager/Care Coordinator for Mental Health (Bachelor’s Level)

We are looking for a personable, detail-oriented, organized, and hard-working individual to fill a part time Targeted Case Manager and/or Targeted Care Coordinator (TCC) position

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling appointments and transportation for clients
  • Coordination with other service providers
  • Assistance with paperwork and insurance/benefit maintenance
  • Providing other resources and referrals to adults and children to help meet goals

Requirements:

  • The applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services related field.
  • Must pass an enhanced criminal background check conducted by the Department of Health and Welfare
  • Must be detail oriented with good organizational and communication skills to perform the required documentation, assessments, and interventions. Computer proficiency required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and acceptable driving record.
  • Completion of the Targeted Care Coordination Training and Certification provided by Optum in the past 6 months.
  • Experience with mental health population is required.

*Note that hours may vary and increase over time. Hours to start are approximately 10/week.
